Will dated 15 June 1798 by which she appointed i) and Rebecca his wife, executor and executrix. Will proved (Bedford) by i) alone £500 is still owing, all interest having been paid to date As i) has called in said £500, ii) has requested iii) to pay off said mortgage and to advance a further £100 Now in consideration of £500 paid to i) by ii) and further sum to ii) paid by iii) i) assigns to iii) with consent of ii) - messuage in Bedford High Street - piece ground adjoining - other messuage for residue of said term of 1000 years Also in consideration of sums of £500 and £100 (total £600) paid by iii) and for the better securing the repayment thereof ii) demises to iii) - said property, now in occupations of ii) and Charles Purser, surgeon for remainder of term of 1000 years signatures of all endorsed receipts witnesses William Curtis (mark) servant to Mr Kidman; Thos Kidman.
