In occupations of Mr Wynn and Mr Samuel Lamb at annual rent of £20 Various conditions of sale including the acknowledgement that Lot 1 is subject to a right of way through a passage from Wells Street to Christie's Court of width of 3ft 7 inches, and to use of footway and well at N corner of premises now in occupation of James Bassett On back: Memorandum that George Greaves, Bedford, butcher was highest bidder for Lot 1 at price of £200.
