Money arising to be considered part of personal estate. Personal estate also to be converted into money. Proceeds to be invested in Stocks and held on trust: To raise £8000 to be invested in Stocks for benefit of all his children except eldest son. To be paid to daughters at 21 or marriage and to sons at 21. In meantime to be used for their maintenance or, if son, advancement in the world. Remainder to be held for benefit of eldest son, Richard Longuet Orlebar. If son dies before father leaving issue, then money to be held in trust for his eldest son until 21, and then for daughters.
