Signed Davis Lee Willis 24 June 1845 also endorsed with Reconveyance a) John Ginger, Fields End, Hemel Hempstead,Herts., farmer Frederic Willis, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman George Willis, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman b) Richard Fountain On 23 June 1860 b) paid to Caroline Willis £130 in reduction of said principal sum and on 25 October 1865 he also paid another £90 to her in further reduction of said sum £80 still remains owing By her will of 3 February 1864 Caroline Willis devised all the real estates vested in her as mortgagee to John Ginger and nephew Frederic Willis, deceased. By a codicil to her will dated 31 July 1868 she appointed Frederic and George, sons of Frederick Willis, as trustees and executors in his place. She died on 5 February 1869. Will proved (Northampton) on 1 April 1869 all interest on said £80 has been paid up to date. Now in consideration of £80 paid to a) by b) a) release to b) lands etc in within written deed discharged from all principal monies and interest signatures of all receipts witnesses Walter Willis Ginger, Hemel Hempstead David Thos Willis, Leighton Buzzard memorandum as to sale of Moat Hall to Nathaniel Neal on 24 June 1845
