By her will of 3 February 1864 Caroline Willis devised all the real estates vested in her as mortgagee to John Ginger and nephew Frederic
Willis, deceased.
By a codicil to her will dated 31 July 1868 she appointed Frederic and George, sons of Frederick Willis, as trustees and executors in his place.
She died on 5 February 1869. Will proved (Northampton) on 1 April 1869
all interest on said £80 has been paid up to date.
