Lease and release i)George Cressey, Eaton Bray, yeoman, and wife Ann ii) Edward Symonds, Charley in the parish of Caddington, yeoman, and wife Jane consideration - £47 (£43 whereof is paid to William Partridge, Tilsworth, yeoman, to whom the messuage, potash house, pasture and premises are in mortgage, and £4 residue is paid to i) by ii)) George Symonds releases to ii) - messuage where George Cressey now dwells, with potash house adjoining, in Eaton Bray - 1 piece pasture lying next the said messuage so far as the lower side of the walnut tree and so over thwart three foot length below the dial post S James Cressy N Richard Roberts which said premises were by deed of 29 December 1780 mortgaged to William Partridge for 1000 years to secure £36 and interest.
