(ii), whereby (i) and (ii) agree to the application of the provisions of the Conveyancing Act 1881, s.18 to mortgages, [being HG 1/12, Z 178/56-57, 59, 62-63, and 66], including those executed prior to the Act, whereby (i) is entitled under the Act to redeem the hereditaments used as security under the existing mortgages and further charges.
