    Disentailing Deed between Charles Longuet Higgins of Turvey Abbey, esquire (bachelor) (i) and the Reverend William Breighton Russell of Turvey, clerk (ii). Recitals: - Z 178/32 and X 670/10 - Death of Theresa Higgins, nee Longuet on 10 Sep 1845 and the death of John Higgins 14 Nov 1846 leaving (i) as their eldest son and by virtue of Z 178/32 and X 670/10 heir and entitled to the hereditaments and premises as scheduled in the said indentures.
