- a farmhouse with appurtenances in Turvey late in the occupation of Thomas Roe
- other premises in Turvey, late in the occupation of John Higgins, the elder, (26a. 3r. 26p.)
- a moiety of the Great Tithes arising from the above
Excepting and reserving unto (i) specified rights to timber, right of way over the demised premises and shooting rights.
Demise:
Unto (ii), his executors and administrators from 11 Oct 1811 for a term of 9 years paying a yearly rent of £340 5s.
