Title
Feoffment between John Bithrey of Northampton, an ensign in his Majesty's 59 Regiment of Foot and Grandson and heir at law of Frances Litchfield, late of Snelson in the parish of Lavendon, Bucks, widow, deceased and William Bithrey of Snelson, gentleman, father of John Bithrey (i) and George Cooch of Newport Pagnell, gentleman and John Williams of Willen, Bucks, nominated by and in trust for the said George Cooch (ii).
In consideration of the mortgage as in /13 (for the sum of £170) and £1130 paid to (i) by (ii) doth release, enfeoff and confirm unto (ii):
- all that messuage with appurtenances in Carlton, formerly in the occupation of Frances Litchfield and now of Mary Smith
- and also all that close of pasture and arable land in Carlton, (3a.), formerly in the occupation of Frances Litchfield and now of Gravely Lawton
- and also all that close with appurtenances now being in three parts in Turvey called:
(a) Balls Close or Balls pasture, 16a., now in the occupation of John Bolton
(b) the wood called Grococks and Turvey Fields
(c) a close called Midlow
- situate in the moor and moorfield in Carlton, (22a. 1r.)
- and also all that piece of land being ancient inclosure called Hookend Close, (3r. 6p.), together with the mounds and fences belonging to the same which is in exchange for the second allotment to Thomas Gostick
- and also all that other piece of land being an ancient inclosure called Mookend Close, (2r. 3p.) together with the mounds and fences belonging to the same which is in exchange for the eighth allotment to Thomas Alston.

- Fine (£100) between (ii), plaintiff, and (ii), deforciant, of one messuage, two barns, two stables, 30a. of land, 20a. of meadow, 20a. pasture and five acres of wood with the appurtenances in Chellington and Turvey.
