Title
Counterpart of Lease for twenty one years from John Higgins of Turvey, esquire (i) to John Davison of Turvey, miller and baker, (ii) of:
(a) all that messuage, tenement and dwelling house and water corn mill with the homestead and appurtenances in Turvey.
(b) and also all those several closes pieces or parcels of old inclosed pasture ground, adjoining the mill and (25a.) called Bakers Close, Old Parsonage Close and Mill Holm, all of which premises which are and have been in the occupation of (ii).
Except and reserving unto (i) all timber trees and trees likely to become timber bodies of pollards, wood hedges and bushes, and quarries of stone whatsoever, particularly the shady bushes by the riverside of Bakers Close and Old Parsonage Close, with full and free liberty of right of way to, over and from the demised premises. And also reserved out of the demise the exclusive right of fishery in the River Ouze, and the right to plant trees on the demised premises.
Demise: unto (ii), his executors and assigns from 29 Sep 1794 for the term of 21 years, paying a yearly rent of £60
