Also Assignment by Indorsement dated 25 Jun 1811 (on the dorse of the 2nd skin) from John Higgins of Turvey House, esquire, with the consent of Penelope Garratt of Hornsey, Middx., widow of Thomas Garratt, lately deceased and a devisee for life of his will and Redston Warner of Rood Lane, London, grocer, Charles Warner of Eye, Northamptonshire; George Warner of Rood Lane, grocer and Edward Linzee, and his wife Caroline, nee Warner of Shrewsbury, Salop, (being the four children of Jacob Warner late of Hornsey and devisees in fee in the remainder of the premises to take effect in possession upon the decease of PG) to George Cooch of Newport Pagnell, Bucks, gentleman in trust for John Higgins of Turvey Abbey to attend the inheritance of the unexpired residue of the two terms of 1500 years and 2000 years.

- Will of Thomas Garratt dated 23 Jun 1791 bequeathing and devising to his friends Charles Higgins and William Heathfield then of Moorgate, London, grocers, all his lands and real estate in Turvey in trust for PG and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life, to receive the rents and profits thereof, with power of leasing, and after the determination of that estate to the use of Charles Higgins and William Heathfield, and in trust for and to be conveyed to RW, CW, GW, EL and CL as tenants in common; probate of the will dated 2 Apr 1792.
- Death of Charles Higgins on 29 Dec 1792 and by his will of 15 May 1792; probate of will dated 10 Jan 1793
- JH of Turvey Abbey recently purchased from PG and RW, CW, GW, EL and CL land in Turvey, comprised within the terms by Indenture of Lease and Release as in Z 178/37-38 upon such contract it was agreed that the residue of the terms be assigned by JH of Turvey House to GC in trust for JH of Turvey Abbey to attend the inheritance of the same premises.
