    Indenture of Deed of Covenant to levy and lead the uses of a fine. Parties (i)William Giddings as in /6 and his wife Mary (ii)William Medland of St Neots, gent. Recitals That Mary Giddings is entitled to dower in respect of the land below in the event of her surviving WG and being desirous of exonerating the same therefrom to enable WG to sell or dispose of the same freed and discharged from her interest therein, it has been agreed to levy a fine sur conuzance de droit come ceo etc of the land with declaration of uses as below. Operative part Covenant by WG (in consideration of 10s paid to (i) by (ii)) with (ii), as of Trinity term last part or of Michaelmas Term next ensuing or of some subsequent term, to acknowledge and levy a fine or fines (as above) of land as in /4 (a-b) described here as now in the occupation of WG and of William Deane and David Watts 'his tenants'. Declaration and agreement between the parties that the fine(s) shall be and enure to the use of such person(s) etc upon such trusts, for such estates etc as WG shall direct, limit and appoint or grant, bargain, sell, release or convey the same and in default thereof and until such direction etc, to (ii) in trust for WG in fee so that the land is discharged and exonerated from all MG's estate, right and title of or to dower.
