under provisions of Law of Property Act, 1925, the legal estate in fee simple assured by above mortgage has been converted into a legal term of 3000 years from 1 January 1926.
Reciting will of Leonard Charles Bottoms of 30 August 1920 by which he bequeathed all his property to wife, (b) and appointed her sole executrix. He died on 15 February 1928. Will proved (PPR) on 25 May 1928.
By assent of 30 May 1930 signed by (b), she assented to the vesting in herself of property in mortgage as estate owner in respect of the fee simple
now in consideration that all principal and interest money has been fully paid and satisfied
(a) surrenders to (b)
