Now in consideration of £63 paid by ii) to i) i) appoints that - piece of land in Bailey Field, Luton (part of above described land) (21p 6 yds) NE Henry Pinker Arnold NW Roadway laid out by John Chase SE Meadow land of Benjamin Bolton SW Garden of Edward Chase to be held to uses and in trust for ii) iii)to be trustee for ii) if necessary. ii) declares that no wife of his shall be entitled to dower out of above estate.
