    Assignment i) Joseph Albert Vincent, 5 Chandos Road South, Chorlton - cum - Hardy, Manchester, Lancaster, wool salesman Edith Gertrude Illing, wife of Edward Illing, East Court, Lyminge, Kent, gentleman William Arthur Vincent, Paulersbury Northants, gentleman ii) Stanley Bertie Taylor, 1 Holly Street, Luton, plasterer reciting will of Joseph Burr Vincent dated 12 August 1896 whereby he appointed his three sisters, Sarah Elizabeth Illing, Emma Henrietta Bird and Helena Vincent as excutrixes and trustees. He devised all the residue of his estate to trustees (except as to his furniture) to be sold and converted into money. The whole or such parts thereof as might be necessary during lifetime or widowhood of wife Jane Martha Vincent, to pay legacies etc and then to pay income from residue to wife for life or widowhood. Then to realise such parts of his estate as shall not consist of money and to hold them on trust. He died on 2 June 1903. Will proved (PPR) on 9 November 1903. Sarah Elizabeth Illing died on 19 July 1923. By virtue of Law of Property Act, 1925, and Settled Land Act, 1925, the property hereby conveyed became vested in Jane Martha Vincent (widow of J B Vincent). Said Jane Martha Vincent died on 9 February 1927 at 'The Haven', Ashburnham Road, Luton. Will dated 19 August 1920. Helena Vincent died on 9 February 1927. Letters of Administration with will of estate of testatrix were on 4 October 1927 granted by PPR to i) the trustees as to said settled land appointed by Deed of Appointment of 23 February 1927 and made between Emma Henrietta Bird and i) limited to said settled land, the said E H Bird having renounced probate of the Will of testatrix limited to said settled land. By Deed of Appointment of new trustees, Emma Henrietta Bird appointed i) as trustees of Will of J B Vincent. By Vesting Assent of 17 November 1927, i) as Special Executors of settled land of J M Vincent, deceased, assented to the vesting in themselves of hereinafter described property in trust for sale. Now in consideration of £170 paid by ii) to i) i) assign to ii) - piece of land in Chase Street [as before] - cottages standing thereon being numbered 7,9 and 11, Chase Street to hold for residue of term of 1000 years. i) Acknowledge right of ii) to production of documents as in schedule.
