    a) George Bowers, Luton, builder b) said Peter Scrivener c) Richard Stokes - piece of land and premises hereinafter described were assigned to b) for the residue of a term of 1000 years created by deed of 3 July 1841. Now in consideration of £100 paid by ii) to i) i) directs and appoints that cottages etc shall be held to use of ii) for residue of said term. Also i) assigns to ii) - piece of land in field formerly called Bailey Field but now called New Town with frontage of 32 ft 6 inches next to a street leading out of another street in New Town to property formerly belonging to Edward Chase, in depth 50 ft next to ground belonging to John Bailey, and in width at rear next to ground belonging to George Bailey, 32 ft 6 in, and in depth next to other ground of George Bailey, 50 ft (in total - 6p). - Two cottages lately built thereon by i), one of which is in occupation of himself and the other by William Muns for residue of term of 1000 years To secure repayment of £100 and 6% interest.
