    (i) is holder of five shares numbered 386, 387, 389, 389 [sic] and 390 in Books of Society and so is entitled for advance of £500 Now in consideration of £500 paid to (i) by (ii) (i) releases to ii) - piece of land in Bailey Field, Luton (1r 2 yds) NW Roadway laid out by John Chase, deceased, called - Street. NE - SE pasture of Benjamin Bolton, deceased SW - - 17 cottages, lately 12 (5 more having been lately erected) called Bailey Field Cottages, now standing on said land, 12 of which are in occupations of Fensom, Impey, Thomas, Fleckney, Custance, Welch, Spacey, Philpott, Hull, Adams, Gray and Bigg. Other five (being lately erected) are unoccupied. (Said piece of land was conveyed to i) by deed of 23 February 1856). On trust to pay £5 per month for 12 years various covenants including power of sale if payments 3 months in arrears Trustees may insure premises and get reimbursement from i) Sig of i) Endorsed receipt wit Philip Hy Crawley Clerk to Mr Medland, solicitor, Dunstable 9 July 1863 Receipt for repayment 4 June 1864
