NW Roadway laid out by John Chase SE pasture of Benjamin Bolton 30 ft in width. Conveyed to John Barrett by deed of 24 July 1845. To be held by ii) on trust, so long as (i) pays £3.15s per month for 12 years. Provision to dispose of premises if sums due not paid. Also to claim any sums of money which may become due deducting a discount of 5% p.a. until times when payment would have become due and payable. Trustees may take possession of premises if i) becomes a bankrupt etc. Also i) agrees to become tenant to ii) at yearly rent of £50.
