Ever since she attained 21 she has been in possession or receipt of the rents of 1,3 and 5 Chase Street, and of 112 and 114 New Town Street, which have been demolished and now form an area of land on the corner of Chase Street and New Town Street, and which by contract dated 29 April 1943 she has agreed to sell to Messrs Connell and Silkstone, 9 George Street West, auctioneers and estate agents, on behalf of Laurence Harry Williams, 125 Tennyson Road, Luton, company director.
