(i) George Bowers, Luton, builder
(ii) Sarah Hinson, Luton, spinster
Whereas (i) has borrowed £60 from (ii) now (i) agrees with (ii) that:-
- 2 cottages at New Town, Luton
- ground whereon they stand and which were mortgaged to (ii) by (i) to secure £100 and interest
- Cottage lately erected by (i) on said piece of ground shall be security for repayment of said £100 as well as said £60 (total - £160) and interest at 5%. Premises shall not be redeemed until both sums repaid.
Power of sale as in other mortgage shall be applicable in respect of this sum Sig of (i) receipt Wit Richard Waring, solicitor, Luton
