NE Another roadway marked out by John Chase separating NE end of said piece of arable from other land of John Chase now staked out as garden ground, 31 ft 6 inches. SW Other part of said piece of arable now let out as gardens, 52 ft, 5 inches. - Two cottages etc built by (i) on said piece of land term - 1000 years subject to proviso for redemption rent - one peppercorn.
