    Agreement i) Violet Eveleen Arkwright, Lavendon Grange, Turvey, widow ii) George, Baron Luke, Pavenham (Chairman of Oakley Hunt Committee) Arthur Francis Thompson, Norfolk House, Turvey, Esq (Secretary of said Hunt Committee) iii) Henry Ludwig, Baron Melchett, Landford, County Southampton Georgina Marjorie Farrar Kathleen Elizabeth Farrar Ella Marguerite Farrar (all of Chicheley Hall, Newport Pagnell, Bucks, spinsters) (joint Masters of the Oakley Hunt) iv)Malcolm Borwick, Hazelbeck Hill, Northampton, a Lieutenant Colonel in H M Army (retired) Sir Peter Farquhar, Ascot, Berks, baronet Maurice Edward Barclay, Beaches Manor, Brent Pelham, Herts, a Major in H M Army (retired) (The trustees) Reciting that the late Captain Esme Francis Wigsell Arkwright, M C, was for many years, up to his death on 10 November 1934, Master of the Oakley Hunt and owner of 15 couple of doghounds used by the Hunt. i) is sole executrix of will of said EFW Arkwright Now is agreed that 1) i) will lend said 15 couple of doghounds to the Hunt for one year and so for year to year unless determined by either party giving 3 months notice when dog hounds to be delivered to i) to dispose of as she thinks fit 2) Hunt to provide hounds with food, kennel accommodation and attendance and to do all reasonably necessary to keep them fit 3) iv) to have exclusive right of advising as to breeding and upkeep of the standard of dog hounds 4) iv) to have right to withdraw 2 couple of doghounds in any one year.
