In the matter of a claim by the persons entitled to the personal estate of the late Chas. Magniac on property belonging to the Oakley Hunt Cttee:- the agreement to make over close & buildings at Milton to the Hunt Cttee on payment of the principal + 4% was a personal agreement only as to the common action of 4 joint owners in certain contingencies which never arose and cannot now arise. The value of Magniac's share is now payable to Herb. Ric. Magniac's mortgagees. Sd. Reg. J. Cust, Lincoln's Inn.
