For £341 they have bought a close, with timber, at Milton Ernest; and have expended in equal proportions £859 in building stables & kennels for horses & hounds of the Oakley Hunt; if at any future time the Committee of any subscription pack of foxhounds hunting regularly in that part of Bedfordshire commonly called the Oakley country, and elected by the general body of subscribers to that hunt, repay the money expended with interest at 4%, they will convey to such Committee the said close & buildings; but each party has the right to dispose of his share before that if he wishes.
