Wall on north of side for distance measuring westwards from The Crescnet of 136 feet 10 inches included in this conveyance, beyond which for a distance of 66 feet 8 inches it was a party wall.
Walls on south also included in this conveyance
Fence on East is a party fence and such parts of wall on west side as ie within 19 inches on both sides North and South of the building belonging to Mr E Johnson, partly built on said wall are party walls.
