Dawe of Furnivall's Inn Mx., gent. and Ric. Hatley of St. Neot's, Hunts., woollen draper. Recites: 1 February 1650: Lease: 2000 yrs. from the death of Cath. Malcott, w. of David Malcott and m. of John Stocker: John Stocker, late of Eaton Socon, gent. decd., f. of Eliz. aforesd. To Oliver Rands, jun., gent. and John Smith, yeom., both of Radwell, p. Felmersham. --Practically as in No. X202/192 (the mess. is herein called The Cannon, and area measurements of the closes are omitted). In Trust to the use of John Stocker and w. Eliz. and the survivor of them, then of the heirs of their two bodies; In default of such issue this indenture to be void; That John Stocker, his w. Eliz. and Cath. Malcott are since decd., John and Eliz. leaving as their heir their dau. Eliz. w. of Jos. Fossey; That Oliver is decd., also (surviving him) John Smith; That John Smith by his will made his daus. Fr Frances Sampson and Mary, w. of Ric. Watford, his extrxes., the property thereby coming to be vested in Ric. Watford and w. Mary and Frances Sampson, subject to the trust recited.
