Bushby, Ampthill, tailor, and wife Eliz. iv) Edm. Williamson, Millbrook, clk. v) Wm. Aveling, Ampthill, clk. i) and ii) have money of the Charity in their hands for purchase of land and have agreed to pur. prop. for £67. 10s., freed from mortgage of 16 Mar. 1712, residue of term of which is assigned to iv), and from mortgage of 19 Jan. 1756, the mortgage money of which is to be paid out of purchase money and residue of term assigned to v) Now i) convey to ii) for £67. 10s. - close of pasture in Cranfield called Postern Cross (3 acs.) bounded as before i) agree with ii) to levy fine in Mich. term next sum of £30. 15s. in mortgage of 19 Jan. 1756 was not pd. whereby the estate in law became the property of iii) for remainder of sd. term to secure money and interest (total £32. 5s.) Now iii) in consid. of £32. 5s. (at the request of ii) and Jas.
