WTB - with the messuage, tenements and other buildings recently erected on the land, subject to the mortgage below; and Assignment of a Clergy Mutual Assurance policy dated 4 Jan 1876 and numbered 13255 whereby £400 is assured to be paid upon the death of the mortgagor.
