    - 1 rood pightle or little close by a lane called Wiames Lane, east land of Richard Everett and north. - 3 acres of meadow ground lying in a place called Patinkes, John Huxley and John Houghton in part on the north and the pasture ground of James Cooke on the south. - half acre of meadow ground in a place called the Mare on the south side of the brook, the meadow of John Huxley on the west - 1 rood of meadow in the Alwerd the land of John Huxley in the tenure of William Moreton on the north abutting towards the east Alwerdwaye. - 10 acres of land meadow & pasture lying in the More and broadelake and upon the northside of the brook, the land of John Huxley and of William George in part on the east and Longecraft furlong on the west and abutting upon Longecraft waye on the north part. - 6 lands together lying containing by estimation 2 and a half acres lying in the furlong called the Bratch furlong in the west field with the hadings thereunto belonging the lands of Thomas Pedder on the north and the land of George Hulberd on the south. - Half acre in the same furlong lying by Crabtree wayside with the quick hedge & ditch thereunto belonging. - 1 acre in the furlong called the Compe the customary land of Thomas Harris on the east and the church balke on the west
