- Admin/biog historyDeposited by F. Walters, organiser of North & mid Bedfordshire Citizens Advice Bureaux on 10 January 1979 and subsequently. Before 1980 the Citizens Advice Bureaux at Ampthill and Biggleswade were organized from the North Bedfordshire office, which formed part of the national Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, Chiltern Area. From 1980, the two mid-Bedfordshire offices became independent from North Beds, forming the Mid Bedfordshire Citizens Advice Bureaux which had its own committee and kept its own records. There is a 75 year embargo on all these records (except for the Minute Books) “on viewing by or disclosure of details of contents to unauthorised persons outside of Citizens Advice Bureaux, i.e. access limited to persons bearing signed authority from Citizens Advice Bureaux and Bedfordshire County Records Staff”
