Agreement Parties: (i) William Readman of 'Arundel Lodge', Ashwell Street, Leighton Buzzard, Beds, retired chemist. (ii) William Brantom of Linslade, Buckinghamshire, commercial agent and Joseph Robert Weatherill of 38 Aston Street, Oxford, temperance agent (the trustees of the will of William Brantom, deceased). Reciting: - (i) is the owner of 11 North Street, Leighton Buzzard now in the occupation of Sarah Ann Frost and (ii) are the owners of 9 North Street now in the occupation of the Colonial Meat Company. - There is a drain running through 9 North Street which is connected to a main sewer but 11 North Street does not have such drainage provisions. Operative: - In consideration of £5 (ii) have allowed (i) to enlarge and connect the drain to 9 North Street and the main sewer. Habendum: - (i) to pay cost of enlarging the drain that amounted to £2/10/-. - (i) to pay half the cost of any repairs needed to keep the said drain in repair.
