Property: (a) Cottage or tenement situate in the North End of Leighton Buzzard where widow Webb formerly dwelt, since Michael Lockett now James Dumbledine. Bounded on both sides by cottages or tenements of Thomas Chew and on E by North End Street. Together with the small barn adjoining. Operative: - Admission of Richard Durley of Heath, Leighton Buzzard, Beds, victualler and wife Elizabeth to (a) on the surrender of Thomas Chew and Hannah his wife. Habendum: - Unto Richard & Elizabeth Durley subject to quit rent of £-/-/2. Before Thomas Hill Mortimer, steward of the manor.
