and 3 closes of arable land and pasture in Carlton (18 acres) now in occupation of Benjamin Rogers.
and 4 acres of arable lying in Hill Field Carlton, now also in occupation of Benjamin Rogers
to nephew Daniel (son of brother Daniel) Hipwell messuage or tenement in Pavenham, now in occupation of Mr John Smith with the orchard belonging.
to brother Daniel Hipwell : goods and stock in trade and all debts owing to testator and all ready money, monies at interest and securities for money, stock in the public funds and all other chattels and personal estate
