    One side: The Village Schoolmaster stressing blighting of hopes, frugality of his lifestyle etc. includes couplet: "Working harder-earlier-later than the clown that tills the soil T B, Barnwell 13 November 1848 Other side: Extract from Huntingdon Express records death of Mrs Hipwell (aged 26) wife of Mr Hipwell of Holcot, last remaining daughter of Mr Bletsoe of Barnwell (both Northants) younger sister died a few months earlier, both left two infant children 18 November 1848 Epitaph The two sisters, only daughters of Mr & Mrs Bletsoe of Barnwell lie buried in one grave at All Saints, Barnwell Poem re the two sisters T B Barnwell 7 December 1848
