    Appoints William Hipwell of Sharnbrook, sole executor to sell and turn into money such portions of goods and chattels, furniture, plate, jewellery and other effects as may be necessary to pay her debts etc to nephews Frederick William Wykes and William Lawton Wykes and Mrs Willoughby of The Coffee Tavern, Sharnbrook "as remembrance of small articles from amongst her Property" executor, with whom testator has discussed to whom specific articles are to be left to distribute them to Mary Jane Ward, wife of Leonard Ward of Sharnbrook, Butcher, niece Annie Helena Wykes and niece Mary Annie Stewart (wife of Alexander Stewart) "I desire to record in this my will my thanks, love and gratitude to the said Mary Jane Ward for all the great kindness and attention I have had for so many years received from her" to Louisa Wykes (widow of late Thomas Wykes) Jemima Ralston (of 39 Maryland Road, Chitts Hill, Wood Green, London) and cousin Jane Davis (Wife of John Davis, late of Potterspury) small articles at discretion of executor, witnesses Frederick and Carrie Miriam Fountain of Sharnbrook Note by Frank Hipwell 'The funeral was paid for by a few friends who had supported her for years. There were no assets except a sum under £20, from an assurance company, a few sticks of furniture and small number of tea spoons etc, these were distributed among friend of hers as directed by William Hipwell after some small bills had been paid.
