Unsigned Deed of Partnership used as a draft 1) William Hipwell of Sharnbrook. Miller & Corn Merchant 2) Thomas Collier Hipwell of Bedford, Miller & Corn Merchant supplemental to Deed of 9 September 1896 Whereby 1) & 2) agreed to be partners as Millers and Corn Merchant Supplemental also to Supplemental Deed of 8 May 1909 purpose of this deed to clear up "certain doubts" In event of partner laying out deceased partner's share, vaulation shall be taken purchase be paid and interest (as under Article 1 and 2 of the principal deed) If executors of deceased partner decide not to continue in business, after notice partnership shall be dissolved. full and general account and valuation be made but if surviving partner does not exercise right to purchase.
