Rent of £200 pa charged on Mills & Granaries at Stoke Mills but Daniel Hipwell to have exclusive occupation of house and homestead, now occupied by him for carrying out his farming business, rent free. Daniel to provide all hay and straw for partnership's horses: can use them on his farm. Daniel to keep in his house one male servant (board and lodging from Daniel; wages from partnership/can be employed on Daniel's farm. Account books etc to be kept - statement of accounts each January.
