    Conveyance from James Tomson, late of Lower Sundon, now of Lane House, Alvechurch [Worcestershire], gentleman (sole surviving devisee in trust for sale under the will of John Fowler of Toddington, yeoman, deceased) to William Fensom of Toddington, dealer in straw plait with Thomas Willis of Toddington, dealer in straw plait as trustee Reciting - will of John Fowler of 31 Dec 1812 devising to James Tomson, Alexander Deacon and his son Thomas Deacon all his freehold and leasehold messuages, cottages and lands in Toddington, Stanbridge and elsewhere in trust for sale; with James Tomson, Alexander Deacon, Thomas Deacon and the testator's wife Ann Fowler as executors and executrix; - proof of the will in Bedford Archdeaconry Court on 19 Feb 1816; - Alexander Deacon died in the lifetime of John Fowler and Thomas Deacon had died before this conveyance; - James Tomson put up the property subject to this conveyance for sale at auction on 11 May 1832 Witnessing Sale by James Tomson to William Fensom for £165 of: (a) two cottages in Tanners End Toddington formerly in occupation of Caleb Knight and Thomas Green and now of [blank]; (b) half an acre of garden ground, formerly arable, in Sport Furlong in the Upper or Rodd Field formerly in occupation of George Scraggs, now converted to garden and occupied with (a) Witness James Tomson junior of Barnt Green near Bromsgrove [Worcestershire]
