Printed Ministry of Transport Report on a Diesel multiple unit train that caught fire on 10th October 1964 between Millbrook and Wilhamstead on the Bedford-St Pancras main line. Several passengers jumped from the burning train and one, the wife of Lengthman A Canzano [her name is not given] died.
