The conveyance includes a covenant for a final concord. The document is endorsed with note of a feoffment of 27 May 1706 from John Denn to Robert Hawking, clerk of one rood of ground for securing annual rent of £5/15/- to Robert Hawking on a two acre close of pasture in Ray End, Tempsford Witnessed by L.
