100 year old woman who lived all her life in Marston Moretaine. Born 21 Feb 1901 (10th. child of 11; 7 brother & 3 sisters) Had 6 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren. Father - coalman "hawker", played organ at local chapel for 60 yrs, died aged 92yrs; mother (maiden name: Robinson), popular in village as source of helpful advice Memories of unmade roads & stout shoes; childhood games & experiences; village schooling (left aged 13yrs); courtship (lasted 13 yrs); married aged 26yrs; worked at electric lamp factory; life-long chapel-goer; holidays at Yarmouth annually; looked after by a daughter in old age. Husband, Stan, gave up drink in order to please her; became active Christian. Worked in brickworks. Ran cricket club, allowed no bad language. Original interview = 60 mins
