Deed between Aubrey Boutwood, solicitor, of Westleigh, Dunstable, the grantor, and George Hart, stationer, of Toddington, the grantee
Land coloured pink on attached plan subject to right of way 6' wide for all purposes for the grantee and his successors in title between A and B, as on plan in conveyance of 26 Aug 1937 between Dora Baker Williamson and grantee along course marked with black dotted line. Grantee now releases in fee simple the right of way granted to him by said conveyance so that forthwith it will be extinguished.
The grantor grants to grantee a right of way 12' wide for all purposes over grantor's property as marked A and B on plan, shown by black dotted line.
Grantor covenants that if and when any part of the buildings lying on the Northern boundary of the grantor's property are demolished, to leave or erect a wall 6' high along that boundary.
