Recites Luton R.D.C. ordered the vendor to demolish the 3 cottages by 1 Feb. Vendor requested purchaser to demolish the buildings for 20 and ownership of the premises. 1935 Nov 5 Conveyance between B. W. Wood, vendor, and Dora Baker Williamson, wife of William Williamson, draper, of St Davids Toddington, purchaser, for 6 10s land at Pond Head, formerly 3 cottages now demolished under provisions of the Housing Act 1930
