    To wife Mary Gibbons: household goods, furniture, linen, etc in the messuage where he lives To brothers Joseph Gibbons of Tingrith, Thomas Gibbons of Wingfield, Chalgrove, Beds, Richard Medcraft, gardener, of South Mimms, Herts son of John Medcraft late of Southgate, Middx, and Ezra Eagles of Ampthill, gent: the residue and remainder in trust, to auction or sell his personal estate and the lease of the farm he occupies which was granted to him by the late Admiral Earl Howe, and put the profits to wife Mary. Also nominates these as exectors. After wife's death, profits to go thus: - 300 amongst the child or children of his sister Ann Daniel wife of John Daniel, farmer of Everhsolt - 300 amongst the child or children of his sister Mary Quarry, wife of Thomas Quarry of Tingrith when each attains 21 years - moiety to his brothers Joseph Gibbons, Thomas Gibbons, Edward Gibbons and William Gibbons in equal parts - remaining moiety to the child or children of James Medcraft, shopkeeper of Toddington, and the child or children of John Medcraft and Richard Medcraft, brothers of James, and to Peggy Medcraft, spinster, daughter of Henry Medcraft deceased, another brother of James, John and Richard, and to John Wheeler of Harlington, son of John Wheeler late of Harlington Wood End, deceased in equal parts Dated 29th December 1800 Witnesses: Mary Gregory, Mary Shaw, J.H.Buckle clerk to Mr Eagles. Proved at PCC 23 May 1822 by surviving executors.
