(a) Messuage or cottage known as number 13, Battison Street, in the parish of Saint Paul, Bedford. The cottage is now in the occupation of "Ford," bounded on the north by the premises of Benjamin Craddock, on the south by the premises recently sold by the trustees of William Haynes, on the east by Battison Street, and on the west partly by the premises recently sold by the aforementioned trustees to George Hart, and partly by the premises sold to John Ashton.
Habendum
Right of way in relation to the passage or way on the south side of the hereditaments is maintained by Ebenezer Burr. Includes usual covenants.
