Declaration of trusts:
to permit the said Meeting House to be used as a place of public religious worship by protestant dissenters of the denomination of Particular Baptists and acknowledging the following doctrines: Thre ecual persons in the Godhead; eternal and personal election; particular redemption; free justification by imputed righteousness of Christ; efficacious grace in regeneration; final perseverance of real believers; resurrection of the dead; judgement; eternal happiness of the righteous; everlasting misery of such as die impenitent; baptism by immersion to adults only; church to be governed by a majority of members;
to allow piece of land adj. Meeting House to continue to be used as a Burial Place for interment of deceased members of the society and others;
to allow the minister to live in and enjoy the rents of the messuage and close of pasture;
to let the premises in Hatch End in Keysoe now in occupations of Wm Brown and John Thompson and give rent to minister
with other trusts, powers and conditions.
