- 1. cottages in Sandonpassing from Parkers of Yardley [Hertfordshire] to John Brooks of Sandon, bricklayer in 1723 who, in his will of 1744, left them to his sister who had married an Edwards;
- 2. cottage in Mill End, Sandon passing from the Parkers to William and Rebecca Edwards in 1721, Rebecca leaving it to John Edwards in 1744 who had it as part of his marriage settlement with Katherine [Ford?] in 1750;
- 3. house in Row Green, Sandon sold by Edward Fage to John Williamson;
- 4. cottage in Wallington and 5 roods of land in Sandon passing from John Baldock by his will of 1762 to his grandson John Franklin, then sold by James Franklin to John Edwards in 1806;
- 5. assignment of securities to Robert Passell of Ashwell [Hertfordshire] and Elizabeth [nee Gentle], his wife on 16 Sep 1730; properties include a house and garden in New Chipping, Buckland [Hertfordshire], a messuage and two tenements in Layston [Hertfordshire] and a messuage and cottage in Barley [Hertfordshire];
- 6. cottage in Finedon [Northamptonshire] left by John Robson to his wife Alice in 1739;
- 7. cottage in Burton Latimer [Northamptonshire] sold by Richard Hills, son of Robert Hills, to Richard Norris of Burton Latimer, mason on 11 Nov 1748; also lease of a two bay house by John Baily to John Yeomans on 13 Nov 1747;
- 8. will of John Watson of Belton [Lincolnshire] leaving everything to his wife Jane as long as she remained a widow, remainder of moiety to her niece Ann Frisby; proved 22 Dec 1770
