(b) Manor of Humbershoe with appurtenances in Studham, Kensworth and Flamstead;
(c) farmhouse and lands in Shenley [Hertfordshire] formerly in occupation of Daniel Nichol, now William Deering;
(d) messuage with appurtenances called Sanctuary Lands or Court Barn in Clawton [Devon] with Rectory of Clawton (as in indenture of 18-19 Oct 1737 (i) John Coppin senior; (ii) Sir John Napier and Henshaw Halsey, (iii) Sir Henry Hoo Keate and Samuel Garrard and will of John Coppin senior of 20 Oct 1737)
