(a) two messuages in Sharpenhoe called Carrington's and Peacock's with lands appertaining
- To use of (i) and Dennis, his wife (Dennis being sister of (ii));
- £400 to be paid to trustees for education and maintenance of younger children within one year after marriage of William Norton (son of (i)) by a former marriage if that shall happen;
- remainder to use of William Norton the son in fee
