    1) Richard Orlebar, Hinwick House, Podington, esq 2) Frederica St John Rouse Boughton, spinster, daughter of Sir William Edward Rouse Boughton, bart, now deceased. 3) William John Walter Baynes, Coombe Wood, Surrey, esq; Clement Cotterell Dormer, Dundridge, Devon, esq; Sir Charles Henry Rouse Boughton, Downton Hall, Salop, bart; Andrew Johnes Rouse Boughton Knight, Downton Castle, Hereford, esq Recites Will of Sir William Edward Rouse Boughton, dated 21 Jun 1842. He died on 22 May 1856 and a codicil of 4 Aug 1851 and a term of 2,000 years limited by said will to St. Andrew Beauchamp, Baron St John of Bletsoe and Francis Stackhouse Outon in testator's mansion house of Downton Hall, and other property., and under trusts of same will (2) is entitled to 10,000 being 1/5th part of £50,000 raisable under trusts of said term of 2,000 years. (2) with consent of (1) consigns to (3) in trust - 10,000 with interest terms of trust given.
